Local News in Brief : El Toro : Classes Will Resume at Preschool Hit by Fire
Classes will resume at 7 a.m. Thursday at a preschool damaged by one of two fires that erupted within an 11-hour period this week, the owner said Tuesday.
Al Deddens, the owner of Kiddie Konnection on Lake Forest Drive, said classes will be open next week to elementary school-aged children, whose classrooms were gutted in the second fire early Monday.
Authorities said Tuesday that they are continuing their investigation into the fires, which they have determined were deliberately set. Patti Range of the County Fire Department said there are no suspects in either blaze.
Deddens Tuesday denied reports that he had received arson threats against his home or his business.
