David Kinchen’s article about the success of Monrovia’s redevelopment program (June 12) was excellent. The Monrovia Redevelopment Agency has done an outstanding job of revitalizing the city through a well-planned and well-executed redevelopment program. The continued commitment to quality has benefited both the residents and businesses of the community.
