Terminal Data announced several management changes that it says are designed to better position the Moorpark company in the emerging electronic imaging market. Terminal Data makes equipment used to convert documents to images that can be stored on disks and microfilm.

Terminal Data’s chief executive David Krar Hutton was named company president also. He succeeds James R. Schwartz, who has been named president of a new Terminal Data subsidiary in Menlo Park.

Donald D. Meyers, vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, will also become corporate secretary. Meyers succeeded Sharon Franzen, who will remain with the company in a position yet to be determined.

Connie Moore was named vice president for product marketing. Moore, 33, will be responsible for developing markets for new products and will be based in the company’s Washington office.

Samuel L. Greene has been named to the new position of vice president-international sales. He previously was vice president of marketing. Bruce D. Bussell was appointed vice president-domestic sales. And Stephen D. Watts, formerly manager of material, was named vice president of operations, a position that has been vacant several years.
