Hank Aaron, the greatest home run hitter in history, says racial discrimination is slowly dying in modern society, but civil rights groups may have to bring pressure on major league baseball to include blacks in management.

“It’s going to take the same thing that it takes for anything else,” said Aaron, who is an executive with the Atlanta Braves.

“They’re going to have to have somebody like the NAACP to go in and insist upon having something like an affirmative action agreement.”
