The U.S. soccer team will play Jamaica today in the first game of the 1990 World Cup qualifying round at Kingston, Jamaica.
The U.S. team is made up mostly of professionals drawn from the American Soccer League and the Western Soccer Alliance. The Jamaican players are mostly volunteers who work other jobs during the week.
