Westchester : Meeting on Congestion
Los Angeles Councilwoman Ruth Galanter has scheduled a public meeting at 7 p.m. next Thursday at her district office, 7166 Manchester Ave., to discuss toughening a city law intended to relieve traffic congestion on the Westside.

Galanter said the fees are too low to provide the types of traffic improvements necessary.
