5-Car Collision on Hollywood Freeway Kills 2

Two people were killed in a five-car collision on the Hollywood Freeway in North Hollywood late Friday, authorities said.
They were not immediately identified pending notification of relatives, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Greg Acevedo said.
There were no other injuries, he said.
The accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway south of Roscoe Boulevard, according to California Highway Patrol officials. The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
