David A. Rocker has increased his stake in Beeba’s Creations by less than 1%, to 9.2%, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

From Sept. 9 to Oct. 19, A. Rocker Partners Ltd. bought 26,600 shares for $6.56 to $8.25 each, and on Oct. 19, B. Compass Holdings Ltd. bought 2,000 shares for $8.13 each. Rocker is the sole managing partner of A. Rocker and, through Rocker Offshore Management Co., is the investment adviser for Compass.
