L.A. COUNTY’S LONGEST BIKE ROUTES
Parallels parts of the Los Angeles River and Rio Hondo Channels. Extends from Whittier Narrows Dam near Montebello south to Long Beach. From San Gabriel Blvd. in Montebello, trail follows Rio Hondo wash all the way intersection at Los Angeles River north of Imperial Hwy. Path then follows Los Angeles River to the Queen Mary at Long Beach Harbor.

Miles-22.1 Class-I Route Level-A Class I--Bike Trails/Bike Paths Constructed exclusively for use by cyclists. Class II--Bike Lanes Lane designated by painted stripe. Offer only limited protection from autos. Class III--Bike Routes No division of operating areas between cars and bikes. Route Levels A-Flat B-Moderately Hilly C-Extremely Hilly Bike Route
