New Landowners Find Skeleton
A human skeleton was discovered Friday in a remote area overlooking Woodland Hills, Los Angeles police said.
The skeleton was found near Mulholland Drive and Trinidad Road by a man and woman inspecting a parcel of land they had recently purchased, said Sgt. Ralph Kruse of the West Valley Division.
The remains, believed to be that of a man, may have been there for 2 years, Kruse said.
The skeleton was taken to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, where investigators will attempt to determine its identity.
