Garber Elected Head of L.A. BIA Chapter

Richard Garber, first vice president of First Nationwide Bank, has been elected president of the Greater Los Angeles Area chapter of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
Other officers are Harvey Steinberg, William Lockert, Walter Abronson and Craig McNey, vice presidents; Leonard Jensen, secretary, and Tak Fujii, treasurer.
