L.A. to Beef Up Traffic Control

Mayor Tom Bradley today announced plans to post 175 traffic control officers at more than 125 intersections in downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley and other busy areas from Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve to avoid holiday traffic jams.
