The body of a 36-year-old man found shot to death in a public restroom in Balboa Park this weekend has been identified as Brian Russell Poole, address unknown, according to San Diego County Deputy Coroner Robert Engel.
A late-model sports car with Connecticut license plates was parked outside the restroom where Poole was found late Saturday. Police reached Poole’s parents, who live in Connecticut, to notify them of their son’s death, Engel said.
