Att. S.F.: a $3,000 Singing Parrot Missing

MANORVILLE, N.Y. — A $3,000 parrot that can croon the Tony Bennett tune “I Left My Heart In San Francisco” was stolen from a shopping mall pet shop while its owner was on vacation, authorities said today. In addition to the Bennett tune, the parrot can sing “Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It’s Off To Work We Go,” and has an extensive vocabulary that includes phrases such as as “I love you” and “I’m a good bird.”
