5.7 Quake Hits Aleutians

UNALASKA, Alaska —
An earthquake with a magnitude 5.7 rocked the islands at the end of the Aleutian chain in the Bering Sea early Thursday, but there were no reports of damage, officials said. The quake was centered about 20 miles northeast of the community of Unalaska on Unalaska Island.
