IN BRIEF : Rutgers Center Regains Eligibility
Rutgers center Anthony Duckett, who became ineligible to play basketball Tuesday because of an infraction of NCAA regulations, has had his eligibility restored, according to Athletic Director Fred Gruninger.

Duckett was declared ineligible after the disclosure that a coach posted a $1,000 bail for him after his arrest on charges of stealing a stereo and radiotelephone equipment from a department store last weekend. In five games, Duckett has averaged 7.4 points.
