Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan and Milwaukee Bucks assistant coach Frank Hamblen will be fined for criticizing referees after Chicago’s 112-93 victory over the Bucks Dec. 17, according to Rod Thorn, the National Basketball Assn.’s director of operations.
