Business, Technology Park Under Way in Norco

Starr Management Corp., Alexandria, Va., has started construction of the $4-million, three-building first phase of the Norco Business and Technology Park in the Riverside County community of Norco. Designed by Craig Combs Associates, Newport Beach, the three buildings--each with about 26,000 square feet--are scheduled for completion in September, 1989.
