The body of a man was found sprawled in the two fast lanes of northbound Interstate 5, near Sassafras Street, at 4 a.m. Monday, the California Highway Patrol said.
The unidentified man, who the San Diego County coroner’s office said was in his mid-20s, died of multiple injuries.
