Jardine Emett & Chandler has named Steven P. Tiberg president and chief operating officer of JEC Los Angeles. He succeeds Leonard P. Lawrence, who has been named chairman and continues as chief executive of the office and as regional manager. Jim Bussio, executive vice president of the Los Angeles office, has been named vice chairman. Tiberg previously was president of Risk Management, a Los Angeles special services unit of insurance broker JEC.
