Garcia, Weinstein Speak to Council on L.A. 2000
Daniel P. Garcia, past president of the Los Angeles Planning Commission, and Richard S. Weinstein, dean of the UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, will discuss the L.A. 2000 report at a meeting of the Los Angeles Business Council’s legislative action committee at noon Feb. 6 at the council’s office, 10880 Wilshire Blvd.
