Hall Leads Starlites’ Comeback Over New York
Dale Hall had 19 kills and 16 digs to lead the Los Angeles Starlites to an 8-15, 8-15, 15-10, 15-11, 20-18, victory over the New York Liberties Monday in a Major League Volleyball match at White Plains, N.Y.
The Starlites, on an 11-game winning streak, trailed, 11-6, in the fifth game before rallying for the victory.
Middle blocker Margaret Grant had 15 kills for the Starlites (4-2). New York is 2-3.
