Commercial Scene : Cerritos Corporate Center Completion Announced

The $9-million Cerritos Corporate Center, a 25-acre mixed-use business park, has been completed at Marquardt Street and the Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Cerritos.

Newport Beach-based Elliott Corp., a general contractor, built the 462,400-square-foot center, which was a project of Jaric Developers of Los Angeles. The center consists of seven buildings ranging in size from 13,700 to 180,000 square feet.
