G. Randolph Johnson will be named president...

G. Randolph Johnson will be named president of the Pacific Symphony Assn., which operates the Santa Ana-based Pacific Symphony, at the organization’s annual meeting on Tuesday, officials announced. Johnson is owner and president of Independence Mortgage Co., a mortgage brokerage firm based in Newport Beach. He succeeds Stewart Woodard, whose two-year term expires next week. Woodward will remain on the board of directors but not as an officer. Named to other positions will be Marcy Mulville as chairman and vice president of trustee development; Julia Rappaport, vice president, guilds; Tom Key, vice president, marketing; Cornelia Mazer, vice president, long-range planning; Gregory Young, chief financial officer; John Fossum, secretary, and William Bollard, legal counsel. The position of vice president, resources development, will be filled later.
