The Arts & Entertainment cable network is presenting special programs during July to celebrate the bicentennial of the French Revolution. The centerpiece will arrive on July 14 with the presentation of “Paris Live! The French Revolution Bicentennial,” a six-hour gala including a performance of “The Marseillaise” by American opera soprano Jessye Norman and coverage of a sound-and-light show and parade.
