Kenya’s Ibrahim Hussein edged American Mark Nenow by one second to win the 20th running of the 10K Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta. Hussein finished in 28 minutes 13 seconds. Judy St. Hilaire of Higham, Mass. (32:05) edged Cathy O’Brien of Boston (32:08) in the women’s division.
