“Sun: Revolution in Memphis” airs at 10 p.m. Fridays on KCSN (88.5 FM) for seven more weeks. Tonight’s hourlong program, part three of the series, features Sun Records’ country artists.
Future installments: Elvis Presley next Friday; Carl Perkins Aug. 4; Johnny Cash Aug. 11; Jerry Lee Lewis Aug. 18; lesser-known rockabilly artists including Billy Riley, Sonny Burgess and Warren Smith Aug. 25 and Sept. 1; and an overview show on Sept. 9 that finishes the series.
