Rishi Grewal of Boulder, Colo., shook off Greg McNeil of Ojai, Calif., with 2 1/2 laps remaining and cruised to a 13-second victory in the men’s road race at the U.S. National Cycling Championships at Park City, Utah. Juliana Furtado of Boulder, Colo., won the women’s road race.
