Executives’ Salaries

Thank you very, very much for publishing Mark Praigg’s letter (“Salaries Paid to Executives at Performing Arts Center,” Calendar Aug. 5).

Until I read Mark’s letter, I thought I was the only one in the world who disliked attending functions at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Now I know that there are at least two of us!

However, I have always known why I didn’t like the Performing Arts Center. Everyone involved with the place treats your money as if it was disgusting because you worked for it.

I can’t wait for the two new theaters to open and double the capacity in Orange County, because $100 tickets for road show companies may be a little more difficult to foist then.
