La Puente Valley County Water District (three seats): Martin Larraya, incumbent, La Puente; Lawrence J. Mayo, incumbent, City of Industry; Carl L. Spear, incumbent, La Puente; Robert W. Fallon, postal service manager, La Puente.

Rowland Water District Division No. 1: Louis N. Yorba, incumbent, La Puente. Division No. 3: John A. Rowland V, incumbent, Rowland Heights. Division 4: Melvin I. Harper, incumbent, Rowland Heights. Division No. 5: Antonio Diliberti, incumbent, Rowland Heights.

San Gabriel County Water District (three seats): Everette M. Kokanour, incumbent, San Gabriel; Wellington H. Love, incumbent, San Gabriel; Frank E. Seward, incumbent, San Gabriel. Special election for unexpired term ending Nov. 29, 1991: Kenneth W. Bauchman, incumbent, Rosemead.
