Dan A. Lambey, 34, and Daniel T. Depew, 28, were being held without bond in Virginia on charges of conspiracy to kidnap. U.S. Atty. Henry Hudson said the two men planned to kidnap or purchase the boy, hold him captive and film his torture and murder as part of a sexually explicit videotape. Hudson said the men contacted undercover officers in their search for a victim. He said the men were arrested before anyone was harmed.
