El Camino Library Plans Facsimile Linkup
El Camino College will receive $2,760 for a facsimile machine, which will allow students to receive material from such libraries UCLA and USC, as well as those out of the Los Angeles area. El Camino is one of 18 California community colleges to share in a $43,000 state grant to provide students quicker access to public and university libraries through a facsimile network. The $43,000 community college grant is part of a $150,000 grant available statewide for the library facsimile network.
