Teen-Ager Charged With Felony in Graffiti Case
Felony vandalism charges were filed Thursday against a La Verne teen-ager accused of causing more than $5,000 in damage by spray-painting graffiti on buildings and signs throughout Pomona.
Prosecutors described Domonic Ostrom, 19, as a “tagger” who marked his logos on as many surfaces around town as possible. He was arrested Tuesday after Pomona Fire Department investigators found several aerosol cans of paint, authorities said.
Ostrom, a student in continuation high school, was also charged with burglarizing a Claremont business and possessing homemade Ninja equipment.
