Colorado QB Hagan Named Player of Year

ST. LOUIS —
University of Colorado Darian Hagan was named college football player of the year by The Sporting News today.
Hagan, a sophomore, had 1,002 yards passing and 1,004 yards rushing to lead Colorado to an 11-0 record and the No. 1 ranking entering an Orange Bowl match-up against Notre Dame.
