Canoga Park 62, Van Nuys 58--Lindsey Dunbar scored a team-high 19 points to lead the Hunters to a consolation-bracket win.

Shawn Lewis had 13 points and 13 rebounds for Canoga Park (3-3), which won only two games last season. James Hooks scored 19 for Van Nuys.

University 70, Kennedy 51--Garret Anderson scored 20 points and Dion Ross contributed 11 for Kennedy (3-4) in a championship quarterfinal game.

CATHEDRAL TOURNAMENT

Cathedral 68, Harvard 67--Matt Clark scored 24 points and Rick Osterloh added 18, but Harvard (7-1) lost a five-point fourth-quarter lead in the final.

Valley Christian 84, Faith Baptist 73--Despite a school-record 12 three-point baskets, Faith Baptist fell in a third-place game.

Guards Gavin Amos (28 points) and Darren Wyre (24 points) led Faith Baptist (4-4).

FLINTRIDGE PREP TOURNAMENT

Montclair Prep 63, Southern Cal Christian 42--Jackie Shemtov scored a team-high 19 points and J. T. Billingslea had seven rebounds for Montclair Prep (5-3) in the consolation championship game.

EL DORADO TOURNAMENT

Canyon 66, Sunny Hills 65--Jon Civita scored 21 points and Jermaine Nixon added 15 for Canyon in a first-round game.

NORTHERN CONFERENCE

Sherman Oaks CES 77, Belmont 68--Sophomore Raliegh Henderson scored 18 points and grabbed 16 rebounds and Cleve McWright notched a triple double (17 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists) for CES.

GIRLS’ NONLEAGUE

North Hollywood 67, Cleveland 59--Jacinda Sweet had 28 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Huskies (2-3) back from a 35-33 first-half deficit in a nonleague game at Cleveland.

Simi Valley 61, El Camino Real 40--Tammy Pacheco and Josie Kosanke combined for 29 points to pace the Pioneers (4-3) at El Camino Real.

Cathy Balint led the Conquistadores (2-2) with 15 points.
