Pasadena : 6 Residential Projects OKd
Six residential projects comprising 59 units have been approved under the city’s 1990 development limits imposed by the growth management initiative.
The projects are at 730 Garfield Ave., 385 and 838 N. El Molino Ave., 586 E. Washington Blvd., 2459 Oswego St. and 255 S. Hudson Ave.
The initiative, passed by voters last March 29, limits annual construction to 250 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space for all projects larger than 25,000 square feet.
