Leland Oliver, president of his own public relations firm, has been named chairman of the board for the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. He has previously been chairman of the chamber’s 1985 Economic Outlook Conference, vice chairman of special activities and a member of the executive committee. Oliver represents the chamber on the Airport Site Coalition.
