TV TET: “Face of Love,” a movie about a Vietnam vet and the Vietnamese girl he believes is his daughter, will have an Orange County look. . . . Scenes of an American-style Tet festival are being shot today in the quad at Golden West College, Huntington Beach. The movie, starring Cheryl Ladd and Tony Denison, will air in the spring on NBC.
