COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Titans Roll Past Pepperdine, 13-3

Matt Hattabaugh had two hits and drove in four runs to lead Cal State Fullerton to a 13-3 victory over Pepperdine in a nonconference baseball game Wednesday at Fullerton.

Fullerton (5-4) scored eight runs in the first three innings. Mate Borgogno had two hits to extend his streak to nine games.

In other nonconference baseball:

UC Irvine 21, Cal State Los Angeles 7--Left fielder Fred Combs went four-for-five, scored five runs, had four RBIs and hit his second home run in as many days.

In nonconference softball:

Cal State Dominguez Hills 1-4, Christ College Irvine 0-3--Christ College Irvine (2-2) did not give up an earned run in either game. CCI had six errors in the second game.
