Was He Really Sick?: A lawyer is going after Michael Jackson because he says the singer wasn’t really sick when he canceled three concerts in Tacoma, Wash., in 1988. Seattle attorney Thomas Wampold had filed a class-action suit on behalf of Jackson fans against Ticketmaster Corp., demanding return of the $2.50 to $4.50 service fees that the agency kept when it issued refunds on the $23.50 tickets. Now he has asked the court to add Jackson and the city of Tacoma as co-defendants.
