SHORT TAKES : Bush to Address TV Academy

Spokesmen for the American Academy of Television Arts and Sciences said today that President Bush will make a major address to members of the entertainment community at an academy breakfast forum next Friday. The 8 a.m. event at the Century Plaza will mark the first time that a President has addressed an academy forum.
