Cimarron at Rancho Acacias, a 112-unit development by Cimarron Homes Inc., is open in the master-planned community of Rancho Acacias in Murrieta, in southern Riverside County.

Designed by Barry A. Berkus in what builder Wally Meads said is “as close to custom homes as (you) will find in the marketplace,” the first phase of 18 three-, four- and five-bedroom houses ranges in size from 2,450 to 2,855 square feet, and in price from $222,990 to $259,990.

First-phase move-ins are scheduled for May/June.

The houses have two- and three-car garages, oak kitchen cabinets, Euro-style plumbing fixtures, skylights, arches, formal dining areas and fireplaces in the living and family rooms. There are three exterior designs for each of the four plans.
