SOUTHLAND : Aftershocks Jolt 2-County Area

Two mild aftershocks to the Upland earthquake shook parts of Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties early today, but no injuries or damage were reported, seismologists said.
The first aftershock at 3:26 a.m. measured 3.3 on the Richter scale, and the second, at 3:29 a.m., measured 2.8, said Robert Finn of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena. Both were centered four miles northwest of Upland.
