From Times Wire Services
PHILADELPHIA —
The Eagles have signed two free-agent kickers: punter David Salmon, a rookie, and place kicker Mark Porter, a one-year man. Terms of both contracts were undisclosed.
Salmon, 24, played at North Carolina State. Porter, 24, who played at Kansas State, signed a free-agent contract with the Kansas City Chiefs last year but didn’t make the final roster.
Both players are expected to participate in the Eagles’ upcoming three-day mini-camp starting Thursday.
