ANAHEIM — About 50 people were evacuated from their businesses at noon Thursday after an equipment malfunction caused a greenish, hazardous cloud to escape from a laminating company, the Orange County Fire Department reported.
The toxic cloud that escaped from Century Laminators, in the 1100 block of Knollwood Circle, was controlled in about 1 1/2 hours, a fire department dispatcher said.
Four people were slightly injured when they inhaled the fumes.
