Mr. Cocker’s Neighborhood: Legendary singer and Santa Barbara resident Joe Cocker will give a little help to his friends by putting on a benefit performance for victims of the Santa Barabara fire. Cocker and guest Pat Benatar will light up the stage on July 31 at 7 p.m. at the Santa Barbara County Bowl to aid those hit by the blaze that destroyed 4,500 acres and 600 homes. Funds raised from the ticket sales will be dispersed by a committee chaired by Cocker’s wife, Pam. Ticket prices range from $19.50 to $25.50.
