VENTURA : Gunfire Shatters Window of House
A shotgun blast early Wednesday shattered the front window of a Ventura house while a family slept, police said.
Nicole Garland and her family were asleep in their house on West Vince Street when they heard a shotgun blast at 1:20 a.m., Officer Dianne McCaskill of the Ventura Police Department said.
No one was injured and no suspect or vehicle was seen, McCaskill said.
