SPORTSCOPE : L.A. Lifeguards Win Another Title

Three victories each by Diane Graner of Playa del Rey, Bill Bischoff of Manhattan Beach and Phil Topar of El Segundo helped a team of lifeguards from the Los Angeles County Beaches and Harbors Department win a fourth consecutive national title last week at the U. S. Lifesavings Assn. championships in Pompano Beach, Fla.
