THE MAGIC CLUTE

Thanks for the mini-reviews by John Clute of science-fiction books (July 29).
Even if Clute is pretty watered-down here, his typical critical essays, in Interzone magazine and elsewhere, rival anyone’s in your Book Review or that of the New York Times for in-depth, erudite analysis.
Would that SF books be considered as eligible for “real” reviews in your journals as any other fiction.
