The Region : More Express Bus Service
Beginning Tuesday, Foothill Transit will increase by 25% its express bus service to and from downtown Los Angeles and will also improve its line serving downtown Covina, officials said.
Foothill Transit officials say that the changes in the Los Angeles express lines, Routes 495 and 498, will mean 13 more trips on a line that currently makes many standing-room-only rides. The Covina Route 274 will be modified to travel along 2nd Street instead of Citrus Avenue.
